Here are my beautiful girls at their honors recital last night. They played so well. I loved hearing them. Here are Jude and Truman, eating smarties, waiting for the recital to be over. Over all, they were quite patient. I'm sure the candy helped.
Now it is back to daily life as we know it for the week, until Friday, when the girls will be in another competition. Same two pieces, and another chance for a cash prize. After all the opportunities to perform their pieces over the weekend, they feel quite comfortable and relaxed for Friday. Maybe that means I will be, too.
